• All orders must be placed in writing. Errors resulting from handwritten orders are the responsibility of the distributor. Any change to the controls must be submitted in writing. Charges may apply if you cancel or make changes to your order following approval.
• The product colors that appear on this site are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in tone in photo representations may exist. If it is important for you to see the precise color, please order a sample for approval. We are not responsible for variations in the color of the product.
• We send virtual proofs free of charge. Mockups are printed as approved. We cannot be held responsible for errors not detected upon approval. Any customization defect must be reported within 5 days of the date of receipt of the order. Note that 2% rejection is the industry standard.

• Returns Policy: Returns must be authorized. Please call for an AR number.
• Site Photographs: Printed products that appear on this site are for illustrative purposes only. They have no intention of promoting or misusing the business names shown.
• For repeat orders, we now charge a re-assembly fee equal to 50% of the initial charge for all repeat orders *. Please provide the original order number and a paper copy of the illustrations.
• The delivery time is indicative only.
• The customer agrees to provide documents FREE OF REPRODUCTION RIGHT and agrees to be fully responsible for verifying them beforehand. Whether it is logos, text, writing policies, images or any other type of information asking us to be reproduced, they must be FREE OF COPYRIGHT in accordance with the law.

CONDITIONS

Our prices do not include taxes (T.P.S. or others). All orders are subject to final acceptance by our Order Center. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices at checkout are based on purchase of one style, size and color. Orders containing varying quantities of styles, colors and sizes will be processed at the highest price.

RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
CFDFpromo Inc. remains the absolute owner of all goods and articles sold to the purchaser, as long as the purchase cost is not fully paid.

BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
It is the responsibility of the consignee and / or the purchaser to inspect the merchandise received upon receipt, for defects and to confirm the accuracy of the model, color, size and quantity of the item. shipment before proceeding with any modification or alteration of the product, while CFDFpromo Inc. ensures the accuracy of any product sent. CFDFpromo Inc. cannot accept responsibility for any incorrect or defective merchandise which has been altered, modified or decorated. No return or exchange on decorated merchandise will be accepted. Visa, Mastercard and Interac are accepted, except on invoices already charged to the account.

VISUAL APPROVAL
The visual montage shows you the location, the customization color, the size and the type of production. For any additional visual request, a fee of $ 15.00 each will apply. If we need to take a photo of your product, an additional charge of $ 5.00 per photo will be added.
