Key terms (read before you send)
Free sample. We do one job free, on your own store. Judge real work, not a promise. One free sample per company, ever.
First invoice, half price. Your first invoice is 50% off the listed price, with the bonus shown on each service. We may end this offer with notice on this page. Requests already confirmed keep it.
Order again in 24 hours. Order another service within 24 hours of your delivery email and it is half price too. The email gives you a one-time code with its exact end time (Eastern Time). The code is for your company only.
20% off for 30 days. For 30 days after each paid invoice, every service is 20% off the listed price. Each new paid invoice restarts the 30 days.
Listed price. The price shown on each service. It applies when you have no active 20% price, for example 30 days after your last order. Discounts never stack: you always get the single best price you qualify for.
Delivery time
Every one-time service is delivered within the business days posted on its card. The clock starts when the request, the files and the staff access are all complete. Time you take to answer a question or approve a step is added. Plans and tailored services follow the timing in their own description.
Works on delivery, or your money back
We test everything on desktop, tablet and mobile before we hand it over. If it does not work as described on the day we deliver it, tell us within 7 days. You choose: we fix it within 5 business days, or we refund what you paid for that service within 10 business days. If the fix is not done within 5 business days, we refund it. Changes made after delivery by you, your team, an app or the platform are not covered. Fixes requested after the 7 days are billed at your client rate.
Design approval
Two revision rounds are included. If you have not approved after the second round, we do up to 3 more rounds free. If you still have not approved, we refund what you paid for that service. Free rounds stay inside the brief you approved at the start. A new idea, a new page or a new direction is a new request. Answer each round within 10 business days or the design is considered approved.
Measurable fix: target reached, or your money back
For SEO Optimisation, we agree in writing before we start on one technical metric, its starting value, the tool that measures it and the target (for example, a mobile PageSpeed score of 70 or more, measured with Google PageSpeed Insights). If the target is not reached 90 days after delivery, we keep working on it free for up to 90 more days. If it is still not reached, we refund what you paid for the fix. The fix must stay live and unchanged. Rankings, traffic, sales, ad results and open rates can never be the metric. Platform outages and anything a third party changes are excluded. Any refund is capped at what you paid for the fix.
No commitment
Plans renew every 4 weeks at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel any time by email to info@cfdfpromo.com, with no cancellation fee. We deliver what we commit to, or you leave, and we do not want that. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle. The current 4 weeks are not prorated. Unused hours do not carry over.
We can do it, or your money back
We only quote what we have checked we can build. If we cannot deliver what the quote describes, you get your money back within 10 business days. Covers the scope written in the quote. A change of scope is a new quote. Third-party systems that change their access or terms after the quote are excluded.
Catalog accuracy
Every imported product matches your file on title, price, colours and sizes. Any error we caused is fixed within 2 business days, free. Errors already in the supplier file are not ours. Report within 14 days.

You own your store, its content and its data, and you confirm you hold the rights to everything you send us. You give us access by inviting a CFDFpromo staff user with a role limited to the work requested, and you can remove it at any time. Never send us a password. We back up before every change. We do not guarantee sales, traffic, rankings or revenue. Our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. These limits do not apply to injury caused intentionally or through gross fault, or to bodily or moral injury. Prices exclude taxes.
Privacy
We keep your company, contact and store details, and the details of each request, to deliver the work, to answer you and to make sure each free sample goes to one company only. We keep them for 3 years after your last request, then delete them. They are stored with Google and Shopify, which may keep them outside Quebec and Canada.
