Everything below is yours to correct. The parts we could not see from the outside
are the ones only you can answer, and those decide what we build.
Who we are talking to
LN Group Branding & Promotions. 865 Notre Dame Drive, Kamloops, British Columbia. Screen printing, embroidery, large format print, signage and promotional products, produced in house, with an art department.
Charles: Todd signs as Sales and Branding Consultant and the team page shows him beside one other sales specialist and one designer. No owner is named anywhere, so do not assume he decides alone: ask. He came from our own Kamloops email, no setter involved, and he answered twice inside 40 minutes and picked today's time himself. It is 8:00 am for him. He told us by email they run their stores on OMG. The site also lists SAGE, PPPC and SGIA memberships: never suggest dropping any of them.
This page moves in one direction: what is happening, what it costs, what it would be worth fixed.
Your job is to ask and let THEM say the cost and the outcome. Do not say it for them.
01
What is your main challenge right now?
Whatever is on your mind. Start anywhere.
Something put this on the list.
Charles: ask the first one, then stop talking. The second one is the trigger. He already has a store platform and still gave you a Friday 8:00 am slot, so something about the current set-up is not sitting right. Let him name it. Do not name fees first. Write both word for word.
02
What we saw on lngroup.ca
Public data only, read from the outside this morning. Correct anything that is wrong.
7
visits a month (modelled estimate, range 4 to 13, not a measurement)
32
mobile speed score out of 100 (Google lab test this morning)
47
overall site score out of 100 (our checker: on-page, speed, usability, links, selling)
67% of business buyers now prefer to buy without talking to anyone.
Up from 61% a year earlier. A coach, a school or an office manager who cannot find the store,
pick sizes and pay on their own does it by email and phone, and that work lands on your desk.
Charles: show the numbers, then ask the team question and let him describe his own store process
end to end. Listen for every step a person does by hand: building the store, chasing the coach,
moving the order into production. Those steps are the pain, not the platform name.
03
How your online stores run today
One store, from the coach's first call to the boxes going out the door.
Charles: the two money questions sit side by side on purpose. Store sales x what the platform keeps is
his cost per year, in his own numbers: multiply it out loud with him, then add hours x rate.
Do not quote any fee yourself, and never run down the platform he chose. If he does not know
the fee number, that is the finding: ask who would know.
04
Who you sell to
Teams, schools, non-profits and companies each buy in a very different way.
Charles: repeat groups minus groups with a store is the size of the opportunity: every one of them is
a store that reorders on its own. The "did not get one" question tells you whether cost per store or
set-up time is what holds him back. Ask, never state it.
05
How new business comes in
Season to season, and what happens between seasons.
Charles: slow months x the gap is his cost of a seasonal pipeline, in his own dollars. "What made you
stay" is the objection you will hear at meeting 2 (habit, the work of moving stores, staff who know
the tool), so hear it now and write it word for word.
06
Where you want LN Group to be
Twelve months from today, if this works.
Charles: this is the section that sells the outcome. Ask "worth" first, then "cost if nothing changes",
so the two numbers sit side by side. Both go on the Master word for word (BG). If he gives no number,
ask "roughly: closer to ten thousand or a hundred thousand?"
07
Which stores and tools would you use first?
Tick what your teams, schools and companies would actually use. We show you only those.
08
Your competition
One question.
Charles: let him name the competitor first. Kamloops is a small market: ask which shop the teams mention when they compare.
09
Which AI agent do you value the most?
We trained and run all of them. Pick what matters and we will show you that one live.
What we will show you now
Only what you picked. We will skip the rest.
10
What would you want in writing?
Pick the promise you would hold us to. Whatever you choose goes in the agreement.
What we will show you now
So they get everything they need too.
Word for word.
Charles: both, out loud, before you book. The first names the room we
are really selling to. The second surfaces the real objection while it is still cheap to answer.
11
Book 15 minutes for your tailored offer
We take everything above and build you something specific: your words, your colours, the promise
you picked, and a dated plan of what happens after you start. A few days is all we need.
Charles: book it before you hang up. No price today. If pushed: "I could
give you a number now and it would be a guess. Give me three days and I will give you one built
on what you just told me."
