Dustin, SAGE gets them to the price. It cannot take the order.

Your site runs on SAGE PromoPlace, site 36456. We went through it before today. Nothing here is a reason to leave SAGE.

01

What is your main challenge right now?

Whatever is on your mind. Start anywhere.

Charles: ask it and stop talking. Do NOT open with our findings. This is the only fully open question and it is where the real answer arrives.

What is working

  • SAGE tier pricing is live on your pages. $0.89 down to $0.75.
  • SEO 85/100, and 15+ years behind the name.
  • Colour, imprint and art upload are already there.

What staying the same costs

  • They pick the item, colour and imprint, see the price, then hit Request Quote. That is PromoPlace's default, not your decision.
  • Your Cart page works. Nothing can be put in it.
  • Traffic too low for Google to measure. Unranked past 1,000,000.
67% of business buyers now prefer to buy without talking to anyone.

Up from 61% a year earlier. Yours already know the price at 9pm. All that is left is a form and a wait.

Gartner sales surveys, 2026 and 2025.

Charles: open on the pricing, not the gap. Publishing tier pricing is unusual and he chose to do it. Then ask what happens between Request Quote and a quote going out, and let him say the number. Two products in two categories were checked, so the claim holds. The site is SAGE PromoPlace (sagemember.com + promoplace.com, siteID 36456), which is why the layout cannot really be changed and why the CTA is a quote form.

Keep SAGE. We are not here to replace it.

We are an official supplier on SAGE and on ASI, and we exhibit at their shows. You already know SAGE, your clients live in it, and it is tied to PPAI. Nothing below asks you to give any of that up.

SAGE keeps doing

  • Product research across 2 million+ items
  • Your client records, logos and history
  • Presentations and product folders
  • Quotes, POs, invoices, order management
  • Your PPAI and PPPC connection

We take over

  • Apparel and decoration, end to end
  • Mock-ups with the real decoration method, the real print area and a real price
  • Artwork approval
  • Repeat orders
  • Client online stores that actually check out
The mock-up gap is the one worth showing him
SAGE puts a rectangle on a product. No decoration method, no imprint area from the decorator, no size restriction, no price. So the mock-up a client approves is often not producible, and it never carries a number. Ours reads the artwork, counts the stitches, picks up the colours and places it inside the real imprint area, with the price attached.

The two talk to each other. Product and client data moves between SAGE and our platform through our AI automations, so nothing is re-typed twice.

Charles: say "keep SAGE" out loud and early. He has years of client data, presentations and orders in it and it is his PPAI link. Position SAGE as the back end and the product-research side tool, us as the front end for apparel, mock-ups, approval, repeat orders and stores. Never criticise SAGE as a company: we are a supplier on their platform and we stand at their shows. Criticise the DEFAULT, not his judgement.
03

Your objective

Where you want to be, and what stands between here and there.

People, time, money, know-how.
04

How the work runs today

Walk us through one order, start to finish.

05

What could your clients use?

Tick whatever your clients would actually ask for.

06

Your competition

Charles: he has never emailed us and we have never emailed him. This is the first real conversation, so there is nothing to refer back to.
07

Which AI agent do you value the most?

We trained and run all of them. Pick what matters and we show you that one live.

What we will show you now

    08

What would you want in writing?

Pick the promise you would hold us to. Whatever you choose goes in the agreement.

What we will show you now

      Anyone else at Tibbs Tees.
      Word for word.
      09

Book 15 minutes for your tailored offer

We take everything above and build you something specific: your words, your colours, the promise you picked, and a dated plan of what happens after you start.

Charles: no price today. Book before you hang up. If pushed: "I could give you a number now and it would be a guess. Give me three days and I'll give you one built on what you just told me."
