CFDFpromo · Prepared for DTLA Print

We looked at DTLA Print before today

Everything below is yours to correct. The parts we could not see from the outside are the ones only you can answer, and those decide what we build.

Who we are talking to

Trisha Dano, Michael and Diego, DTLA Print, Los Angeles.

Charles: Trisha asked for a "general overview of CFDF Promo" (support thread #20201, 7 Aug). This is the fourth booking; thank them for making the time. Diego joins for the first time today, so ask each person what they do at DTLA before section 01. Their store analysis: cfdfpromo.com/pages/dtla-print. No price today. Record the meeting.
01

What is your main challenge right now?

Whatever is on your mind. Start anywhere.

Charles: ask it, then stop talking. This is the only fully open question on the page and it is where the real answer usually arrives. Everything after it is narrower on purpose.
02

What we measured on your store

Public data, taken the same way for you and for the shops you compete with. See the full analysis

492,594
global site rank, up from 864,205 on 13 Aug (Tranco)
70
mobile speed out of 100, the fastest of the LA shops we measured (Google PageSpeed)
15.8
years your domain has been live
67% of business buyers now prefer to buy without talking to anyone.

Up from 61% a year earlier. If a client cannot order from you online at 9pm, they are not waiting until morning. They order where they can.

Gartner sales surveys, 2026 and 2025.

Charles: type their real numbers straight into the three tiles, they count up on their own. This section is where the cost of standing still gets made, using their traffic against a sourced figure instead of a number we guessed at. Never invent a statistic here.
03

Your objective

Where you want to be, and what stands between here and there.

People, time, money, know-how.
Charles: "what should be fixed first" is the pain of inaction lever. Once they name it, ask what it costs them to leave it another year. Their answer, not ours, and it goes on the row word for word.
04

How the work runs today

Walk us through one order, start to finish.

Charles: "streamline" is doing the work in that first question. It makes them measure what they have against a standard, and most of them find it missing while they answer.

DTLA: praise the designer and leave it alone; they invested in it. Lead with client stores: they do not advertise them. The two fields above are the cost of inaction: every repeat client without its own store is a reorder that still runs through email and a person. Get their number, then ask what one repeat group is worth a year. Only if they raise it themselves: the designer has no stitch, square-inch or PMS count and no decoration rules, and that is an add-on to what they have, never a replacement.
05

What could your clients use?

Tick whatever your clients would actually ask for.

06

Your competition

One question.

07

Which AI agent do you value the most?

We trained and run all of them. Pick what matters and we will show you that one live.

What we will show you now

Only what you picked. We will skip the rest.

    08

What would you want in writing?

Pick the promise you would hold us to. Whatever you choose goes in the agreement.

What we will show you now

So they get everything they need too.
      Word for word.
Charles: both, out loud, before you book. The first names the room we are really selling to. The second surfaces the real objection while it is still cheap to answer.
      09

Book 15 minutes for your tailored offer

We take everything above and build you something specific: your words, your colours, the promise you picked, and a dated plan of what happens after you start. A few days is all we need.

Charles: book it before you hang up. No price today. If pushed: "I could give you a number now and it would be a guess. Give me three days and I will give you one built on what you just told me."
